Drop off and pickup: Pull out at the K Country Boundary on Hwy 546

This is a long/lovely hike with views of Takakkaw Falls and the Presidents.  Return to parking lot along the Yoho River. Allow 5 plus hours.

From the Sparrowhawk Day Use Area, cross the highway (742), go up a hill (the steepest part of this route) on the High Rockies trail spur to the junction with the High Rockies Trail (~750m). Hike from Ribbon Creek Parking Lot to the Lookout. Daffern V1 – 22

You can extend this trip by continuing north along the Brazeau River as far as time permits for some great views or you can head south towards Cataract Pass (4 km one way, and 300 m ) by walking along the Brazeau River.
