From the Sparrowhawk Recreation Area Seasonal Parking, cross the highway (742), go up a hill (the steepest part of this route) on the High Rockies trail spur to the junction with the High Rockies Trail (~750m). Take the left trail at the junction to go to Spencer Creek (2nd bridge), which has nice mossy woodlands along the side. Return the same route.
