Mt. Lipsett Meadows 12.5 km, 500 m

Can be shortened to about 10km and 350m if stop at first large meadow with great views. Daffern Vol 5 4th Edition #35 Easy grade on trail, lovely flowers, scenery.  Stop anywhere in the flowery meadows before the final climb to the peak  Drop off and pick up: Mt Lipsett Trailhead parking

Mt. Lipsett, 14km 800m

Nigel Pass, 16 km and 450 m

You can extend this trip by continuing north along the Brazeau River as far as time permits for some great views or you can head south towards Cataract Pass  by walking along the Brazeau River.

Opal Ridge 7.3km 1,000m

Daffern vol. 1 (4th edition), hike#40 – Opal Ridge South Long, steep trail to ridge with some scrambling involved with loose rocks. The last 2km is a ridge walk. Not suitable for people with vertigo or fear of edges and ledges.
