Mesa Butte – Curley Sand Loop – 10km 470m

Nice forest trail, then steeper ascent on open hillside to top of butte. Go up clockwise. Can return on other side of butte and down into the valley, but this is often very muddy. Mesa Butte is sometimes referred to as Square Butte.
