COVID Protocol

  • All people participating in the outing must be fully vaccinated. Stay home if you are not feeling well or have any COVID like symptoms. If you test positive for Covid after a bus trip, inform the Bus Coordinator who will ensure Club Members and all people on the bus are notified (without giving your name).
  • Masks must be worn when at the under-bus bins, and when on the bus (except briefly when eating a snack or taking a drink). Passengers are to remain in their same seat at all times except for the Day Leader or others conducting Board business. There is no trash disposal bin on the bus. Take home your own trash.

Hiking safely

Hiking poles MUST be stored under the bus, preferably labelled. There are racks for ski bags and snowshoe bags.

If you wish to join the outing, but drive yourself to the trailhead, please register with your choice of activity AND email the bus coordinator to ask them to move you to the ‘Car’ list.  If the bus is not full please pay 10.00 to the bus coordinator; this helps to pay the cost of the bus and offset the loss to the club.

Please ensure you choose an activity option before pressing ‘Register’. Click on the Location below to get more details of the hike and a link to a trail map.
