This event is for B1 level hikers. Limit of 10 participants.
Meet at Barrier Dam Day Use parking lot at 9:15am (approx. 50 minute drive from Montgomery); be ready to start hiking at 9:30.
14 Km return 600 m elevation gain, option to climb up to Fire Lookout: 16 km,730m elevation gain.
Nice views over and down the Bow Valley. Expect some ice and/or mud on the trail, which is steep in places. Bring your icers!
Masks must be worn on whenever you may be within 2m of another person on the trail, parking lot, etc. including other parties, so be sure to bring a mask with you on the hike.
