Bus pick up is at the Signal Hill Parking Lot. Bus departs from Signal Hill at 8:00 am sharp.
Washroom break will be at the Village Visitor Centre. After the washroom break the bus will drop off those people starting from Ribbon Creek parking.
Bus Fare $25. The bus will be cancelled if less than 40 are registered. Registration begins the Friday before and ends at 6:00pm on Tuesday before the hike. Cancellations after 6 pm on Tuesday will be NO-SHOWS and will have to pay the Bus Fare.
As of January 2 the proposed ski trails are trackset and in good condition.
Hiking/Snowshoeing/Skiing options will be offered for all levels. As noted above if there is a request we will arrange a pickup at the Ribbon Creek Parking lot.
Please contact the Day Leader to volunteer to lead a hike or to request a different option.
The distances and elevations for the snowshoe options are estimates, if you have better data please let the day leader know.

Bear Spray and hiking poles MUST be stored under the bus, preferably labelled. There is a box for Bear Spray in one of the bins.
If you wish to join the outing, but drive yourself to the trailhead, please register with your choice of activity AND email the bus coordinator to ask them to move you to the ‘Car’ list.

Note: The Kovach-Terrace Loop circuit is 7.2km with 350m elevation gain.
Note: Daytime highs are forecast to be 5 to 6 C Sunday to Wednesday. Skiers are advised to bring boots and /or snowshoes as conditions may be unsuitable for skiing.
