Take Bow Bottom Trail into the park and after the bridge across the Fish Creek keep right to take Sikome Circle. On the parking lot turn left and park at the end of the loop near the ‘Swim Centre’ building. This hike is flat and mostly on paved trails, but there are no shortcuts and it may take a bit longer than 2 hours.
