Bus Fare: $25. There is no charge for entrance into the park this summer.
Bus departure: Montgomery Community Association parking lot at 7:30 AM sharp

Drop-offs: Takakkaw Falls Whiskey Jack Hostel (1-2 km before Tak. Falls), Emerald Lake parking lot

Hike

• If you wish to request a hike or lead a hike, please contact the Day Leader.
Registration:
• Begins at 6:00 PM on the Thursday preceding the trip and ends at 6:00pm on the Tuesday before the trip.
• Cancellations after 6 pm on Tuesday will have to have to pay the Bus Fare.
• Please choose an activity option before pressing ‘Register’.
• If you wish to drive to the trailhead, please register with your choice of activity AND email the bus coordinator to ask them to move you to the ‘Car’ list.
• The bus will be cancelled if there are fewer than 40 registrations.

Please check the weather forecast to ensure you are dressed appropriately!
Bear Spray and hiking poles: MUST be stored under the bus. Please label any Bear Spray and hiking poles with your name. There is a box for Bear Spray in one of the bins.
Parks Canada trail report update: with bear reports on several of our hikes, respect the club policy of staying in tight groups of 4 minimum and carrying bear spray if available. With the recent rain, the trails may be wet & muddy with the streams & creeks higher than normal.
Takakkaw Falls parking for A/B1 & B1/B2 hikes: the bus will plan to stop near the Whiskey Jack Hostel, at roadside, to drop off the A/B1 and B1/B2 hikers. There is parking there and this save walking about a 1km from the main Tak. Falls parking lot and avoids congestion at Tak. parking lot.
