The paths in the area have been cleared of recent snowdrifts. However, many sections have black ice under a thin veneer of snow. So, come prepared, bring your grippers and walk cautiously.
The hike starts at the Country Hills Town Centre shopping mall at 450 Country Hills Boulevard NE. The meeting point is at the gazebo overlooking the lake east of Sobeys and behind Dominos Pizza.
