This event is for C level hikers. To comply with current Alberta COVID regulations, the hiking groups are limited to 10 people. People in excess of 10 were being shown on the Wait List. Art has arranged for Anne Lyon to lead a Second Group so all registrant, up to maximum of 20 can walk but in 2 separate groups. Meet in parking lot at 9:45 am to begin hiking 10:00 for the first group.
To keep the groups separated, the first group of approx 8 people will depart with Anne Lyon at 10:00 am or earlier and the second with Art at 10:15. As there are 15 people registered at the moment, Art will assign the first 8 people who arrive to walk with Anne whenever they are ready and the remainder of 10 or less will depart at 10:15 am. Numbers in each group may change if more people register up to total of 20.
Drive yourself to North Glenmore Parking Lot at 37th St SW and 66th St SW.
Weaselhead Natural Environmental Park has a mix of paved, gravel and boardwalks, which should be dry this week. One hiking loop is 6.5 km, generally level through forest around the perimeter and along the Elbow River with 40 m EG hill back to parking.
Bring icers and radio if you have them but shouldn’t be needed.

In registering for this outing, I agree to abide by the Evergreen Seniors Outdoor Club policies and safety guidelines. Guests are welcome but they must sign the waiver form if they haven’t already) and return by email or text to the Day Leader.
