This event is for B1 level hikers. Limit of 10 participants.
Meet at Highwood Pass parking, on Hwy 40 at 9:15 am (approx. 1.5 hr drive from Montgomery) in time to start hiking at 9:30am. Pit toilets at trail head.
Approx. 8km, 520m climb – quite steep sections.
In registering for this outing, I agree to abide by the Evergreen Seniors Outdoor Club policies and safety guidelines.
A good deal of the hike is in weather exposed areas, and you should take this into consideration in your clothing options.
Bring radio and bear spray if you have them.
